Doug Heindel - Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Manager

Doug has an Associates of Applied Science degree in Landscape Contracting and Construction from The Ohio State Universtiy – Agriculture Technical Institute in Wooster, Ohio. He joined the Millcreek team early in 2018 as the Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Manager, a new role within our company.

Doug’s responsibilities include Outside Sales activities dedicated to developing new clients and managing existing client relationships. He develops and implements sales strategies and works with our Inside Sales team to provide the highest level of customer service upon which we have built our business. He also manages all aspects and communications relating to quotes and custom grow contracts. Doug conducts market research and works with our marketing team to implement numerous marketing projects throughout the year.

Prior to joining Millcreek, Doug had extensive landscape sales experience having spent more than a decade in Account Management and New Business Development roles in the Central Ohio area.

Outside of work Doug enjoys spending time with his wife, Janet, their two adorable daughters, Haylee and Avery. When not chasing his girls, Doug enjoys running and coaching his girls various athletic teams.
