HOW TO ORDER
We make it easy with multiple ways to order! Please email or FAX your order, or call us toll-free during business hours. You may order plants from our weekly Availability List at any time for pickup or delivery in the current week. A Tentative Shipping List will be sent to you via email (or fax) to confirm your order.
You may also place a “Master Order” for plants you wish to receive at a specific ship date in the future. We will reserve your plants and an acknowledgment will be sent. Multiple ship dates are accepted. Master Orders will be shipped in their entirety (subject to availability) on the date(s) you specify. Spring Master Orders must be placed by March 21, 2014.

Order minimums are based upon distance from our Nursery. For orders to be PICKED UP at our nursery, there is no minimum order.
For orders to be DELIVERED, order values must be:
within 50 miles $250
beyond 50 miles, but within Ohio $500
outside Ohio, but within 200 miles $1,000
beyond 200 miles $1,500
Please order in full flats.
Orders for delivery of partial or mixed flats are subject to a special per pot handling charge during March, April, and May.
Orders for delivery of PRO #1 and IMPACT Perennials as well as Peonies require a minimum quantity of 5 plants per variety. Orders with less than 5 containers of each variety are subject to a special per pot handling charge during March, April, and May.
We offer the following volume discounts, per shipment:
Orders over $1,500 receive a 2% discount
Orders over $3,000 receive a 4% discount
Discounts apply to plant material and products only and do not apply to any additional Services.
Discounts will not be given for orders from customers with overdue balances.
METHODS OF SHIPMENT
We offer a convenient Delivery Service on our own trucks within a 250-mile radius of Columbus, Ohio.
Customers are requested to have sufficient personnel available to expedite unloading at the time of delivery.

We do not currently ship UPS or FedEx.
Feel free to visit us and pick up your order at our nursery. If possible, please call us at least 2 days in advance to place your order and arrange a pickup time so that we may have your order picked and ready for you. If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please call us as soon as possible. Orders placed after 4 p.m. Friday, for pickup, will be available for pickup after 12:00 p.m. the following Monday.
Orders for pickup must be scheduled ahead in March, April, and May. Unscheduled walk-in customers may experience an extended wait during the busy Spring Season.
Customer orders must be loaded by 4:30 pm. Need directions to Millcreek?
